Field mode

Lyrics offline pack
Fetches lyrics for every song in the app from public lyric APIs (LRCLIB and fallbacks) and caches them on this phone. Run once on wifi before the festival; takes a few minutes for ~470 songs. Re-run anytime — it skips what it already has.
Push once (needs admin PIN) and every device gets all lyrics at boot — no per-device setup.

Estimates include crowd buffer. Use as a decision aid, not GPS.
